The heavy rainfall prevention working group has taken the next step towards improving protection in the event of a heavy rainfall event. After the municipal council commissioned an engineering firm to examine the feasibility of the proposals drawn up, these have now been submitted to the municipality. Following a review by the working group, they believe that some changes are still required in order to be able to implement the proposed measures in practice. A further on-site meeting with the engineering firm was suggested, which is to take place in the spring.
